The Harwich Arts and Heritage Center has launched a new programme with a series of Open Mic Nights; a series of exhibitions; Textiles Workshops;
Open Mics Nights will provide a space for local musicians, comedians, poets to perform and will be held once a month.
There will be 3 Art Exhibitions in the centre starting with Tendring based artist Jack Reid Bunney whose work depicts struggles with addiction and mental health.
In addition to this, there will be a series of textile workshops aspiring to inspire a reusable ethos. Textile Workshops will be held every two weeks and our Clothes Clinic will happen every week. Moreover, from the 23rd September, we will be holding a Craft Cafe every Monday. The Craft Cafe is a project is a group project which will create a large textile wall hanging to decorate the hall of the center.
